With this eye mask you can get away from the outside world, like Vincent van Gogh needed to do. A need everyone has while travelling. This eye mask not only covers your eyes, but also your ears. Separate yourself from light and sound, so you can rest. And maybe create some beautiful ideas.
This product is based on Wheatfield under Thunderclouds, 1890 by Vincent van Gogh.
In 'Wheatfield under thunderclouds' Van Gogh composed three horizontal planes: the stormy blue sky, a broad horizon and the green field. They are painted on an unusual canvas size of two squares. Droog traced the work with coloured markers and manipulated it digitally. These prints and sizes, added with the transparency Van Gogh used for paper, plus a label to sign your belongings like an artist are translated into modern products for the traveller.

Each product is unique and tells a story of its own, but all share a strong emphasis on both function and fiction.
